My mother's friend's son has been sent to the Citizens Advice Bureau but that is all the detail I have. I think JCP sent him because our MP had to get involved to get travel expenses agreed for him. JCP said he wasn't entitled to any. Nice to know that lovely government funded independent org is doing it's bit to help isn't it?
