1. I am not on mandatory community programme placement yet but this was mentioned to me. Jobseekers are now being placed on mandatory community placement within a different jobcentre to ironically assist fellow jobseekers to gain employment!Those on it assist jobcentre clients with universal jobmatch and online/computer related matters. There is no job at the end of it just a reference!The jobcentre is supposed to help people back into work not use them to do jobs the staff are paid to do! The claimant at the end will most likely still be unemployed.This needs to be seriously addressed and looked into it's unethical
