1. I was not given a bus pass, I had to complain & refuse to work after week 1 unless I has paid travel - full costs were given and I received a letter of apology as I requested. The work as general at the market; as a degree qualified engineer & manager it did not aid my job search. They offered to keep me on at JSA rates. I found a job shortly after, without reference to them, paying £250/day. I now live off those savings and the cash from a relative who had the good fortune to die on me. I have sent complaints relating to fraud to the DWP and my MP
