People on mandatory "community benefit" work placement with Pulse are being required to start park maintenance duties, for example raking leaves, at 8am during the winter months, in order to complete the mandated hours due to the park closing at 4pm when it gets dark. Bearing in mind that you can be required to travel up to 90 minutes to get there this will mean waking before 6am for some.
