  1. The Salvation Army is a quasi-military cult. Referred by Whitley Bay Jobcentre. Placement arranged by/on behalf of Ingeus/Groundwork North East & Cumbria.
  2. i find not right for people to work for nothing
  3. They broke their own guidelines to make the referral. The MWA guidelines say they were supposed to discuss ways in which I could gain recent experience, but they just led me into mentioning it, and then ordered me onto an MWA when I did. It was just bizarre
