1. I was instructed to attend for Mandatory Work Activity and when I realised the only benefactor of my labour would be IKEA, I asked for clarity on the nature of the relationship between The Vine Trust and IKEA in Cardiff and stating IKEA should be paying the basic minimum wage. Without explanation of what the relationship is, I was then told it was an unsuitable placement for me and I was promptly escorted from the premises. There are very many placements there and the work is collecting, sorting and stacking IKEA trollies and loading customers cars.
