Valley CIDS Lighthouse Charity Shop

Personal Stories

Stories & experiences of Workfare

  1. I was told to work at a charity called Valley cids lighthouse charity shop all i did was hoover up and make tea this was supposed to be a retail placement but i was not doing anything to do with retail.
  2. Lighthouse have charity shops all over this area of Derbyshire.. And are very active in using mwa they approach jcp regularly for 'volunteers'.
  3. I see what they are trying to do but they are doing it the bad method. These thing should be optional and non forced. If this fails I lose my money for 13 weeks, even if they just don't like me. Tel: 01332 701797; Email: chellaston.lighthouse@valleycids.co.uk
