They are using work programme people in their charity shop and their main centre. They are really bad at their side of the bargain and never fill in time sheets. Consequently people who have been turning up and working for nothing are now being referred back to the job centre for not doing their placements. Luckily no-one has yet been sanctioned, mainly because the people who work at Brighton Job Centre are really good and know how bloody useless Seetec are. I dread to think what would be happening at any other job centre. But it can only be a matter of time until someone actually gets sanctioned. It's bad enough as it is people are getting very stressed about what will happen to them even though they are doing everything that is asked of them and it is Seetec and Spiral who cannot do anything right.
