I had no warning they were going to do this they just pushed the paper in front of me and said I have to do it I didn't go I been sactioned once for 3 months and I have just turned down another 2 I asked to go on a computer course or something that will help me to get gainful employment they don't listen to what you say you need the advisers are rude and laugh and take the piss they don't help anyone they just try to make people as fed up as possible.
